No outdoor shoes in suite
Absolutely no smoking inside of any product.
No pets due to severe allergy.
No parties.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of $80 added to the rentals on Suite A and $60 added to the rentals on Suite B.

We have privacy blinds installed in the gazebo for your privacy.

The calendar ensures you have a designated soak time all to yourself.

Please shower before use.
No food/smoking in Tub
For insurance reasons, Hot Tub is not available for children under the age of 5
Do not swim in the ocean prior to use.
Each suite has hot tub towels and housecoats for your use, please do not take these down to the beach.
Do not adjust the temperature, as the hot tub will turn off overnight and cool off considerably. This results in higher power cost and additional chemicals to rebalance the water. We are happy to adjust it for you prior to use.
severe misuse of the hot tub requiring cleaning and re filling will result in a charge of $150.00 to cover our costs.
Yes, you can take drinks into the Hot Tub. Remember to drink water as dehydration happens easily with a hot tub.
